5 Days– 4 Nights |
| First Day Itinerary: |
We will leave from Lima, to the South driving aprox. 240 kms.
To reach Pisco.
We will stop on the way in Pachacamac Oracle; where we can see different
temples that were built by different civilizations.- In this area
there are 16 temples, but we can walk only in the temple of the
Sun and Temple of the Moon, and stop to see the Temple of Pachacamac.
Finishing this visit we will stop in Cañete where there is
a beautiful old castle that belonged to Don HipolitoUnanue.
After seen the Castle we will go to Pisco, where we sleep. |

| Second Day Itinerary: |
At around 7:15 hrs. we will go to the Paracas Bay;
over here you will take a boat (deslizador) in order to visit the
Ballestas Islands (this area is called the little Galapagos of Perù)
; in these islands you can see many different kinds of birds, sea
lions, Peruvian penguins, etc.
After this short trip, we will drive around the National Reserve
of Paracas where there are different rock formations like the Cathedral
(because of its shape).
From Paracas we will go to Ica, in this city there are the most
famous wineries of Perù and we will visit one in order to
learn how the wine is prepared and also the Pisco (this is our national
drink) .
In Ica we will visit the Regional Museum, where there is an explanation
about all different cultures that were developed in this region.
In Ica also we will visit the Oasis of America, this is a beautiful
little lake in the middle of big sand dunes.
We will sleep in Ica. |

| Third Day Itinerary: |
Early in the morning we will start driving south, and we
will stop in the Maria Reiche House (a germany lady that study
the Nazca Lines for over 40 years) now a days this house is
a museum; then we will stop in the Nazca Lines; here there
is a tower 50 meters high and from there we can see two of
the figures (the hands and the tree), and many different geometrical
lines; then we will go to the Nazca airport in order to take
a little airplane to fly-over the Nazca Lines.
After this fly we will see the under ground aqueducts that
were built by the nazca civilization and they are still in
used nowadays.
Also we will see the process of gold and the process of the
ceramic.
We will sleep in Nazca. |
| Fourth Day Itinerary: |
This day through a beautiful paved road , we will drive
450 kms, to reach Abancay city.
On the way we will stop in the National Reserve of Pampas
Galeras to see the VICUÑAS, they are beautiful animals
in the same family of the Alpacas.
This day we will cross different little lakes up in the highlands
over 4000 mts. high where we will see flamencos. |
| Fifth Day Itinerary: |
From here we will go to Cuzco, but on the way we will stop
to see Saywite; this is an interesting archeological site;
because we can see here a big rock (one piece) in which is
the representation of the three regions of Perù (coast,
highlands and jungle) with there own animals.
Finally we will arrive to Cuzco, and we will stay the night. |
